Policy
Reservation, Refund and Transfer Policies:
A credit card number can reserve your spot(s) for
10 days. By day 11 a 50% deposit is required
(checks, MasterCard and Visa) to keep your reservation.
All
deposits are non refundable within 60 days
of the program date. If Sundance is unable to perform
the reservation due to river closure, unsafe
river
flows or lack of interest a full refund or alternating
the program date will be granted.
The balance
of the fair is due 14 days prior to the trip
date.
Cancellation prior to 60 days before the trip
will be assessed a penalty of $125 person.
All prices include the 3% BLM user fee and a $10/person
user fee.
All Participants
Our raft trips and kayak schools require a minimum
number of participants to run as scheduled. If
this number is not met 30 days prior to the trip
start date, booked participants will be given
the choices of waiting for an additional two-week
period for the minimum to be met, transferring
to another program, or canceling and receiving
a full refund. Unless otherwise noted trips,
schools and clinics include food and lodging
and transportation back to the Sundance Lodge
at trip's end.
After the commencement of an educational
program, kayak school or rafting program, should
a participant
leave early for any reason, no refund, credit,
or exchange for another trip will be issued.
